Stitched by Beppy Berlin. The Casalguidi scissors case has a pulled work background on linen fabric that has been hand painted to create a beautiful variegated pink and green background. Behind the pulled work fabric is pink silk fabric which shows through the holes created by the pulled work design. On the front of the scissors case are raised embroidery stitches, creating pink flowers and green leaves. The edge of the scissors case has a hand made cord variegated pink cord and tassel. The case is firm with a pink silk fabric lining. Approximate time it took to make: 9 hours.
