Needle Painting Jimmy The Hamster Kit and 4 PDF Files with Colour Work-in-Progress Pictures

Jimmy the Hamster is a Level 3: Advanced of my Further Education designs. Jimmy the Hamster is my sisters hamster and I stitched him for my sisters birthday. I took photos of each stage of the embroidery as I stitched him. This is a great design to see how I work a commission needle painting from beginning to end. The embroidery is small and precise and worked in long and short stitch and some satin stitch. The embroidery is worked from 4 PDF files with colour work-in-progress pictures and instructions.  There is no instruction booklet on how to work long and short stitch with this design so I recommend that you have worked some of my other needle painting designs to give you the knowledge and confidence in the technique. PDF #1 has 29 pages, PDF #2 has 30 pages, PDF #2 has 22 pages and PDF #4 has 20 pages of pictures and instructions.The PDF files will be emailed to you. The last few pictures in the picture gallery show some of the pages in the PDF files. You have the option of purchasing a kit of supplies which has the fabric with the design printed on so you do not have to be concerned about transferring the design yourself and DMC embroidey cotton threads come on two numbered thread templates so you know exactly which colour to use on the embroidery.
